I would not recommend the location due to the app process is the only way to rent from this location. The app process is cumbersome and I am technically adept. It took over a half hour to process when picking up and returning the vehicle. There is something about interacting with a live person that is still the best customer service.
Mary MThis location claims it has nothing to do with Uhaul yet they have Uhaul key drop and pickup boxes on site and Trucks parked there. Very little help or support from the staff there when I asked about the furniture blankets I requested
