This U-Haul location was manned with an actual person, Jeremy who was most kind, patient and discussed with me many facets of the truck and leasing the truck. He was an encouraging and helpful person with the process. Moving is always stressful and it is always nice to take a seat, take a breath and talk to an actual helpful human during the chaos of the move. Person at the pick up location was not helpful.I scheduled a time for counter pick up, when I arrived the man at the counter told me to do the online pick up because he was eating lunch and wasn’t available for 45 minutes. Customer service was very poor!
Kevin GUse the same size furniture dolly when using two dolly’s to move large items. A mismatch makes it harder to move.
