You kept switching the location of the pickup.. The third uhaul customer service person straightened it out When I finally got to the final pick it up location they were very good. Also I paid someone $20/hour to help and it cost me an extra hour

ERIC VI was so pleased to have a live human being on-site to check me in!! Unlike other U-Haul locations here where I've had to stand in just the right place, waiting for minutes in the lobby for a remote link to talk with someone, and then go thru the hassle of unlocking a rusty box outside to get a key, all in all taking 30 minutes...unacceptable! After the last experience I swore to never again use U-Haul, then I booked with this franchise only because the franchisee would be on-site. What a huge difference!
