limited street parking. had to circle the street several times to find a place to park. only 1 truck available. the truck was late. wasted 30 minutes of my time. the truck was obviously not inspected or cleaned after last use. the truck is located across the street. i was originally booked at the lacoste ups location. i went into the ups after booking to conform with them and they told me they don't accommodate Sunday pickup. when u haul called to confirm they told me to use mobile pickup. i had to explain to them that the location doesn't do this because they are closed on sunday and don't have a lock box. imagine if I hadn't of gone to the location to inquire !!! the truck itself was fine and performed well.
