How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was in very poor condition. The engine and suspension were making unusual noises. I felt what sounded like piston knocking, as though there might be an issue with the engine timing. The brake pads also need to be replaced, and the rear door was extremely heavy and difficult to operate. Overall, the truck was in very bad shape, with rust visible throughout the vehicle. I have rented from U-Haul many times, but this was by far the worst truck I have experienced in terms of its overall condition.
