I used the mobile check-in. That was fine. The blankets were not included (though I was already pre-charged for them). We were told to check the next town over. I sent a friend over because I was meeting the movers. They didn't have any either. Moving items for 5 hours without blankets that were ordered 30 days ahead of time is not acceptable. There was plenty of time for the location to look at the reservation and know they needed to have them on hand.
