Tough one to dig too deep on. The truck was there as I ordered it, the truck box was swept and clean, the truck cab was not dirty. So from that side I was satisfied. The issue is the trucks do indeed feel aged, are a challenge to get to road speed, and are quite noisy. But when they do the job the you ask of them, how can that be negative. Only challenge is that I have never been able to secure a dolly or blankets no matter how early I order my truck.

Whoever used the truck before us left the furniture pads u folded and strewn about the back, not swept.
DANIEL BI called before going to pick the uhaul truck, yet it had the windscreen covered in snow when I arrived and I had to remove the snow myself.
Abayomi AThe engine light was on the whole time. Door seal is broken, the back roll up door was frozen and we had to find hot water to melt all the ice. The mileage charge really makes the rental fee surge if you are going between towns.
GARY CThe floor of the cargo area of the van was extremely dirty. Glass, screws, leaves and a lot of mud and dirt. The floor liner had to be removed to clean and then swept out. This is not conducive as we are loading and carrying furniture, art and soft goods. The cab of the van also had visible liquid spills running down the driver interior door.
