Was supposed to pick up in Yuma however Yuma store failed to provide any customer service and I was forced to drive 150 miles out of the way to fulfill my reservation. Extreme waste of gas and time. Drove 1200 miles and had to drive another 150 miles because uhaul can't get it together.
