Desk stated "return after 6, or tomorrow will be extra." Can't remember figure. Likely said 89 or 119? Dolly was missing a bolt for Rachet system. They replaced it on side with another. Returned at 5:38, before closing time, or expected contract time , and they were closed. Assistant opened the gate and we dropped it off at 5:44. Contract receipt shows 7:30 drop off. Location doesn't offer items like pins or hitches Dolly worked great.

Queven MWas supposed to pick up in Yuma however Yuma store failed to provide any customer service and I was forced to drive 150 miles out of the way to fulfill my reservation. Extreme waste of gas and time. Drove 1200 miles and had to drive another 150 miles because uhaul can't get it together.
