The clerk behind the desk just gave the keys no copy of any contract. truck was dirty had just a little over a 18th of a tank. Had much problems with Uhaul customer service saying they cancelled my contract while I had the truck in possession.
Eric SThe individual we dropped the rental off too did not know what he was doing. I was very uncomfortable and did not feel safe at that location. It was a bad experience again all the way around a bad experience I would not ever repeat that.
