We had to replace our original truck. The manager originally said that we couldn’t drop off the truck so U-Haul had to get involved. Then, it took over 30 minutes to get the key to the new truck because someone changed the code to the lock and didn’t tell any of the staff. After we got the key for that truck it took another 15 minutes to find the key for the truck that was boxing our truck in. You would have thought this location had never once gone through the process of renting out a truck. U-Haul should reconsider partnering with this location. If this was my only interaction with a U-Haul representative, I would never use U-Haul again. If it wasn’t for Sue on the Roadside Support team, the situation would have been far, far worse. Give Sue a raise.

It is always a hassle to pick up from this location. There needs to be a dedicated employee for U- Haul. The employees juggle checking grocery customers with gas customers, restaurant customers, and UHaul. It's a very long wait in a very small space. Very inconvenient.

Alexander GI got there to pick it up, it was a very full and cluttered looking convenience store/gas station. I had to look around to find someone. Got the forms confirmed. When ready to get the truck they realized it was not at their immediate location. I had to follow them in our car 3 minutes down the road where we pulled into some sort of construction storage lot. The ground was completely muddy where the truck was my shoes got covered in mud walking to the truck. There was some dried mud on the floor of the driver’s side, but not a big deal. Was more annoyed about driving down the road and walking through mud. Was not informed of any steps to complete on the U-Haul app and missed them completely. Overall the truck was fine and performed as expected, the customer experience was lacking. Had the truck been at the location and ready to go, this review would be much different.
