I had my rental for 2 hours before they were pestering me to drop it off. Was forced to drop off the equipment out of my way when there was a location 2 miles from me. Agent flat out lied and said the nearer location was at capacity which was total BS and the scheduled drop off location was only 4.5 miles away when it was actually 15 miles or 30 mile round trip. This company is spineless.
