The computers were not working the day we picked up 5/24. It took forever to check the truck out. It took 30 minutes to get truck. The movers were waiting on us for 20 minutes which made them late to their next job. We did not get the utility dolly or furniture pads. There was an appliance dolly which we used. The truck was dirty with paper and water bottles. The lady was friendly but the computer wasn't working.
