My experience with this equipment transfer was pretty uneventful, and the staff that were involved were very friendly and helpful after they were able to work out the details of the transfer.

BARBARA FCrystal, the manager on duty was absolutely phenomenal when I had to switch trucks. Incredibly kind woman and very helpful. Highly recommend this U-Haul if you ever need to rent one. The staff were amazing and the store was also super clean.
