This is the U haul hire I have had in the last three months every one of them have been a disgrace it has taken me anything from two and a half to three hours to get my trailer from the This is not the fault of the agent Mr Pendleton , this is the pathetic software that you all use which again was very evident this week. I clearly explained to the lady who had to do the transaction from the Central office that I would return the trailer to Stamford She got that wrong and put Haskell which was an additional 30 miles onto my journey to return that trailer back I will not be using you all again and I would never recommend it to anybody else
