There is nothing positive to say here. The location is not staffed. Nobody answered on either of the two contact numbers I managed to scrounge up. The location was full of muddy potholes and would be difficult to enter and exit with any weather or larger vehicles. U-Haul itself was also no help with customer service wait times in excess of an hour. I would not recommend dropping or renting equipment here. You’re a national company. Do better.

I clearly explained to the lady who had to do the transaction from the Central office that I would return the trailer to Stamford She got that wrong and put Haskell which was an additional 30 miles onto my journey to return that trailer back I will not be using you all again and I would never recommend it to anybody else
