Crystal, the manager on duty was absolutely phenomenal when I had to switch trucks. Incredibly kind woman and very helpful. Highly recommend this U-Haul if you ever need to rent one. The staff were amazing and the store was also super clean.

JOHN DThere just wasn't anywhere to park that huge truck when we returned it. The business was closed, so there was no one to tell us where to park. The parking in front of the building wasn't deep enough, so the truck would've blocked the road.
