The truck I reserved was not returned I was ask to wait another hour and fourth five minutes for it to return and it still was not in at that point I was given the next size up truck but it set me back on my time I should have been given the next size up truck with being ask to wait

My pickup location was confirmed and reserved for Delsea uhaul location on north 2nd street Millville, NJ, for 1pm on 9/15. I arrived at this location on time only to find out this location did not have my rental, nor did they know of my reservation. In turn, I was sent to the Bridgeton location, 30 mins out of my way.

Let customers know about the ezpass, I was charged for going around tolls because I had no clue. I would not recommend using uhaul

Helpful staff. Did NOT have agreed upon equipment upon my arrival (Smyrna, DE). When a customer ask for a certain location for the pickup of equipment and you don't have the equipment at that location and then you assign the customer another location to pickup the equipment, then actually have the equipment at that location. I was suppose to rent a truck and tow dolly however, the equipment would not be available at the location I initially requested. So I was assigned another location to go to and pickup the equipment that was 16 miles farther away from the originally requested pickup location. When I arrived at the new location they didn't have a tow dolly. So I called customer support and spent another hour have them search for a car dolly in the area and they sent me to another location to retrieve a tow dolly that was over 20 miles away and taking me farther away from where I needed to use the truck. Upon arrival at this new location for the tow dolly I was informed that their tow dolly was down for maintenance. So again I had to get on the phone with customer support and have them look for another location for a tow dolly. They found a auto transport that was in another state and nearly 50 from my present location and yet again taking me farther away from where I needed to use the truck. keep in mind I'm having to use and pay for the gas just to run around and hopefully retrieve the equipment I was originally told would be at the reassigned location. Thankfully the auto transport was at this location and I finally had the equipment that I was suppose to and by the time I finally made it to the location in which I was to use the truck, I had wasted 5.5 hours just trying to get the equipment. That was 5.5 hours added to a day that ultimately ended up being a 24 hour day as I awoke at 7am in (Delaware) to start my day and didn't arrive at my destination in (Indiana) at 7:30am the next morning. While I was running around to finally get my auto transport I drove through a toll plaza and didn't have any cash on me and thought they would take a debit/credit card however, they don't take debit/credit cards and said that I would end up having a toll violation that the rental company would charge me for. I call U-HAUL to inform you guys of the situation and was told that you have an EZ PASS account and that you would inform me via either email or text when the toll charge comes in. I believe based on my wasted time and aggravation U-HAUL should pay for my toll and any associated fees that come with it. The toll would only be for the truck because at the time I didn't have the auto transport. So I will definitely NOT recommend U-HAUL to anyone in the future.

Wasn't pleasant at all I reserved a 15 ft truck 2 weeks ago and found out my reserved truck was removed by uhaul in the middle of the night I then was given a choice between a 10 or 20 footer the 20 would not fit at the craft show 15ft is the longest they accept so I had to take the 10ft meaning hauling a lot less inventory I consider myself a regular renter renting many trucks throughout the year. I have rented a vehicle or trailer the last 3 weeks. I never picked them up from where I rented. This time when I chose a place because I had to pick it up at a certain time. I was called and told the other place wouldn't be open at this time. I had to pick it up earlier. I picked it up a day early. Originally they wanted to charge me for an extra day. That was unacceptable because the trailer was going to sit at my house for 2 days. They finally waived the charge. I don't believe this was the places fault but how U-Haul does business.
