Do a better job at maintaining your trailers. I blew a tire within the first 200 miles of a 800 mile trip and sat on the side of the road for 2 hours for them to change the tire. The guy ended up changing the other tire too because it was so worn.

THOMAS HBE WARNED: Never rent a Uhaul from here. Absolutely terrible experience. Truck was dirty. All the add-ons I ordered were missing. The trailer lock didn’t work. Nobody from this location ever reached back out to me after I contacted them with these issues. Then I was overcharged. I will be reaching out to Uhaul corporate with these issues.
