It had been raining and the lot was a mud hole. Instead of taking the truck at the dry part of the lot they made me drive it out into the mud hole and back it in next to the other trucks. They did not inspect the truck when I returned it and stated website is down just give me the key. They were pleasant and not rude, question to me would be customer service and professionalism.
