I prebooked my trailer on-line and declined the extra $10.00 insurance coverage but when sat in front of the payment screen, the $10.00 insurance had been added by the check in person. This is not appropriate and is not the first time I have encountered this practice. It is inappropriate, sours my experiance and is nothing more that an upsell, cash grab. This management/sales policy needs to be reviewed.
