Truck was dirt in & out side.
Edgar GWell they messed up my charges now I have to wait and was told if I don't pay it they will add a $30 late fee for their fault... They tried to charge me $10 plus for 9 extra miles when my original receipt says .99 cents....

Betty GLarry and Tanya were super helpful in understanding in very aware of the situation. They were very professional helpful kind and attentive to me. Their point of contact was not able to rectify the issue because it's out of his district or region. As you can understand after a move is pretty exhausting loading unloading sorting dividing as well as driving hours and hours. I I look forward to hearing from a member from U-Haul!
