This location charged me for after-hours service fees when I brought the vehicle in their scheduled operating hours. And they also charged me a fuel service fee while I was waiting for them to check the original amount posted at the time of rental. I waited for over an hour for the manager which never showed up before I left the location. When I called after getting home, they stated he came right after I left and he left back out when I asked to speak with him. Customer service is horrible, and they pad your bill.
