Juan OHave someone who can assist and be useful. I had to move and park the truck that was blocking the van I was renting. The manager was very unprofessional. I expected better service and assistance from U-haul. Thank goodness for the customer service representative, Nicholas, the young man whoI spoke with over the with my ordeal. Without him it would have been a greater nightmare. I give him 10 stars for his professionalism, courtesy, assistance, patience and kindness. NICHOLAS YOU ROCK!
