Have someone who can assist and be useful. I had to move and park the truck that was blocking the van I was renting. The manager was very unprofessional. I expected better service and assistance from U-haul. Thank goodness for the customer service representative, Nicholas, the young man whoI spoke with over the with my ordeal. Without him it would have been a greater nightmare. I give him 10 stars for his professionalism, courtesy, assistance, patience and kindness. NICHOLAS YOU ROCK!

Ofosu AI arrived early and waited for my time and the van I reserved was not available, so I had to go with the alternative! Highly frustrating because that meant spending more money I didn’t want to. Secondly, when I returned the truck, I put the gas I got it back. I got charged an extra $15/19 dollars for 3 gallons of gas when I already put the gas on how I received it. I am highly frustrated being charged extra when I did what I was supposed to but you, U-Haul did not starting with not having the van I reserved available with no apology, discount or anything! Just made me pay more than I was quoted for smh
