To pick up the truck the guy was taking his time and let and other customer block the exit with an other truck so for me to get out of the lot I had to wait until he moved the truck off the exit ,exit shoube clear at all times

The system went down and I had to wait 2 hours to get my truck. The associates could not have been less friendly, helpful, or attentive. They did not deal with the situation at all. Had to pay my movers for extra hours on both ends because I was so late.

This female rep who checked me out was fine and van was brand new. No problem there But the staff were terrible. I got there at 8:00a and one of the staff was screaming and cursing a homeless man who was banging on the window, at 8:00 am!!! Everyone told me to call the cops but he kept screaming. The evening indoor rep (a young man) could have cared less about my question regarding gas. I overfilled and returned the van with a half tank instead of 3/8. You adon’t reimburse for gas - you should do because it’s hard to estimate when your pumping gas and trying to look at the gauge.

The receptionist told me that I had to have the truck back by 7AM the next morning but my physical contract that she printed out for me said 12PM. I had to call UHaul directly to confirm the proper drop off time. Only suggestion would be to make sure the staff is informed on the proper detail of each transaction.
