I have rented hundreds of Uhaula from many locations including this one and Ive kept the trucks past the return date with no problem and my card always gets charged. But on this day your manager Nigel Sayers went way beyond business and started to text me from his personal phone making threats that he will report truck stolen if not returned by 2 pm. Then my brother called numerous times to both the location and his personal phone and nobody answered. After a while someone finally picked up and passed the phone to the manager Mr Sayer and he continued to rant and demand we return the truck that moment. I run a business and woukd never allow an employee treat my client the way your manager did. That can cause many problems and even a suit against tge company. Especially to contact a client from a personal phone so their is no record with the company. But I have the text and caller ID with his name. Mr Sayers also ranted that he will make sure I never rent there again. My brother spoje to corporate and was told that if that happens corporate will remove the red flag. When we returned the truck we found out I was red flagged and I nor my company can rent at this location again. If this is how this location is being allowed to be handled then I will be announcing to all my colleages and friends to use and alternative rental place like zip van or Enterprise. No business should ever allow an employee to act in the manner Mr Sayers did with the client and make threats on their personal phone. And now Ive been flagged for keeping a truck past the time. This is a joke

As I have said before, the fact that you do not give the truck full and expect people to return it 15/16 full is just a way for you to make cash. I look forward to the day when there is a class action law suit against you for this clearly unfair practice. May the accountant that came with that idea burn in hell. You are awful.

the truck had no power outlet to plug in my gps. It needs an outlet so that we can plug in our gps so we know where to go. had to use my phone gps and ran out of battery, no charging. sucks.

Very unfriendly place. My order had to be changed due to the date and equipment change. Dolly was added to the order without asking me. Yet it was not given to me. Upon on returning dolly came up. To reach the location is mission impossible. Spend overall 2+ hours - all calls goes to call center because nobody answers phone there. Called Micky - manager over there - left him messages. Nobody called back. From initiation of the order to this moment I made may be around 30 phone calls! I never had anything as complicated as this - to reach out to the store to sort out dolly issue - so much time consuming and resulted in NO assistance. Collection department finally sorted it out for me. Overall comments - your customer service - call center where all calls get bounced - is not very friendly place either. They all don't want to help, they want to get rid of you. Including that one of them told me that I am "not truthful" about the dolly..... I couldn't believe she said something like that. I asked her to repeat and she did repeat the same thing - instead of apologizing she confirmed that she thinks that I am a lair. Never again will use your company. Penske! never had a problem with them.

Need more customer service staff at counter. There was only one person available to assist customers. I waited 20 minutes to be called next and people just kept coming in. The customer service person, Maria, was pleasant, friendly, and handled the customers' frustrations very well and professionally.

The employees at this location can use some customer service retraining. They're interactive skills was awful. The young man in the lot, that handle the vehicles was the worst. He was very nonchalant and had his music blasting from his pockets. Overall the emploees at this location cold us customer service 101.

I went on the 30th. Was told it's the end of the month and high volume so if I'm not on time my truck will be given away-understandable. What is not acceptable is I got there early only to be told bc of high volume the server went down and the customer service was anything but good. If this happens every month at the end of the month, why not upgrade the system? This experience set us back over an hour moving day.
