My vehicle was not available for my scheduled pick up time.. making it an inconvenience for my whole day and moving situation. Then I was charged for gas that was already in the tank. I put it back to 7/8 and they charged me like I picked it up at another level.

Get the amount of gas in the tank right. It was estimated as 1/4 tank - when it was really - barely - 1/8

Personnel at the location was great. They helped me upgrade my reservation from the 10’ to the 15’. They were very patient and the store was well stocked. In contrast, the reservation process was awful and I would rate it as poor. I was notified of a very last minute change in pickup location the night before a 7am pickup via text at 6:30pm the night prior. When I called the location in Chelsea they were understanding and helpful. When they transferred me to the national customer service line, the man I spoke with was rude and condescending. When he transferred me to the National scheduling center the woman was condescending and unhelpful, providing no justification other than “it happens” and “it’s within our policy.” She told me her name was Theresa, refused to give me any other information that would help me identify who a I was speaking with, refused to transfer the call to a supervisor, used a tone that was extremely rude, and was completely unhelpful. I was ready to write an honest but highly negative review my experience on yelp until I met the staff at the location who were such a contrast from the customer service and National office scheduling staff. Their treatment of your customers is SHAMEFUL and not something I will forget.

Lilly, the young woman who assisted me in the transaction was exceptional. She was courteous, well, versed and was a pleasure to work with. I must note that the man who was before me was an older gentleman who asked A LOT of questions. Even when I was feeling impatient, Lilly answered every question with a smile, patience and professionalism. She is a jewel!!

The manager Micky, who assisted us was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Everything was an ease from making the reservation, to picking up the rental and loading the ubox. He was considerate enough to take the initiative to print the paperwork required for the Ubox as he thought that we might have already packed away our computer. Very thoughtful! I'm very impressed by this location and would highly recommend it.
