Really bad experience for been a first-time user. Never again I will rent a truck on this location. Return gas a sane level and I was charged 16 dollars extra because this people said I didn't fill the tank with gas. I have proof of that. Is a really rip off. First and last I will never rent a truck from this location

I have always used this location most times, I have used this company all the time, However, I did leave one box containing my daughters sneakers they were removed from vehicle and thrown away. I would hate to think if it were something more valuable what would happen? I could see even holding the items for a 1-day at the very least, not discarded, the attendant knew exactly what I was looking for he described the sneakers, name brand, and colors, however, someone else walked away with them. Please look into an alternative solutions Thank you

First off I'd like to say one positive thing atleast they open on time 7am sharp now with that being said I ordered and dolly and a hand truck they gonna tell me they ran out off hand trucks. How??? I'm the first and only person there ok w.e they gave me 2 dollys instead ok cool then I'm standing in the cold waiting for the man to get my truck that took 20 mins he talking about the truck is boxed in mean while the truck is clearly not boxed and lastly I returned the truck at 600pm they have 1 lady at the counter is must be new because she didn't know how to charge my card for the service I used she kept saying lemme call the manager and the manager wasn't in the store he kept saying I'm 5 mins away now there's a long line starting to form smh 10 mins later the manager walks in and clears everything up in 1 seconded smh and I wanna end this on a positive not like I said before they open ok time also they employees were all very polite but they are all new and don't know wtf they doing dee dee dee!

I would have loved to have a key for the padlock that is attached to the back of the truck. If there is a lock, there should be a key. Otherwise all good.

The customer service was great but the manage Micky at the grand concourse is horrible.. First he tried to charge me $275 for a rear tire then after I said to him over the phone "email my and my attorney a copy of the tire invoice" it dropped to $113... So I went to a tire repair center and the guy told me for $40 he would replace and put on the tire .. So if someone from your company can help clarify this situationwith an explanation I would appreciate it... I can be reached at the number on the bill.. But I would still need the invoice for the tire... Thank you

1. There was previous chassis damage written on the paperwork but not mentioned to me at all. 2. I experienced transmission slippage that worried me (downshifting sharply for while at 50MPH). Since I drove 275 yesterday this was stressful. 3. The truck manual was missing and I could not readily find switches for the truck interior lighting or dashboard lighting. Calling U-Haul did not help.
