PHADRA ICustomer service was essentially non-existent. When I rented the van it was entirely filthy having been never cleaned and wreaked like cigarette smoke. When I returned the van, the attendant did not check my van in or finalize my bill and told me I had to wait for a few days until someone else finalized it for me. Absolutely horrible experience.
