Broken seat, no heat. I also contacted customer service before picking up about listing an approved driver and followed their instructions to place the order, then go into the order and find a section where you could add a driver, which there was not from what I could tell. So I added it to the notes. When he showed up for counter pickup, there was confusion about him not being an approved driver, which was resolved but took some time. Overall just a poor experience.
