Nothing! You were so kind and helpful. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this location to a friend is because it was very difficult to get back to my apartment without using a parkway.

We were sent to three different locations to pick up our equipment which we still were never able to pickup (15’ truck). At the third location we were provided with a 10’ truck which was too small for us. It was awful.

I have used this location before and always found staff to be on point. On my last visit I accidentally left my bicycle in the office, when I took the truck. Would you believe U-Haul at Bronx Park, safely kept it until I calmed it, two hours later! I am impressed! GOOD PEOPLE.

The trailer leaked and ruined furniture and boxes. Lights on the exterior didnt work or weren’t even connected which allowed water to enter the trailer. Door was somewhat broken on top which also allowed water to enter the trailer. Horrible experience with u-haul

The customer service in this location was terrible. I had an appointment to pick up the truck at 11:00 a.m., I called the location at 10:30 a.m. to let them know that I would be runinng late due to some traffic. The representative's response was that it would be fine, he didn't ask me for any information...just told me that it would be fine. When I arrived at the location, the truck had been given to someone else. They called their manager to see what they could do for me and the manager told the representative that I would get an additional day for the rental as well as additional miles and that I would have an upgraded truck size. They sent me to another location to pick up the truck. When I arrive to the second location, the representative there knows nothing about the extra miles or the additional day. I call customer service and they advise that I should have been offered a 50$ credit for the inconvenience (2 hours later). I am transferred to someone who will "help me". That individual did not help me, he said he was from the scheduling department and did nothing for me. I call back and get transferred to the manager. The manager tells me he can't do anything for me because I was late to pick up the truck. I advised him that I called, his response was that they never received a call. Terrible experience, will not rent a Uhaul again on the sheer fact that the people who work there don't take their job seriously nor do they care about customers experience.

I think between the 1800 number and staff in locations need to be on same page and go for some type of training if they haven’t done so. It took me 4 locations to get a 10’ft truck and finally got one. Took us over a hour to get to them witch was fine if we were told from the beginning the real info for a 1 way or in general. She went and started telling me different pakages that you offer and then says well then why don’t you do a 1 way miles are included and u can bring it to a closer location to where you are. I had said great I drive 1 hour to get the truck I get there and there were 3 things she was wrong about 1.she told me that my card was being charged fully by making the reservation 2.not that 30Miles were only included 3. When the woman asked me for my card I said the lady said she charged it over the phone mean while it had to physically be swiped at store and that was to just hold it!.. I was furious!.

The price was increased from what i was quoted. I believed I would use the van for 20 miles. I did 30 so I was charged extra. However to compensate the extra miles I filled the tank of the van up to almost full. A quarter tank more than what I received it and I was still charged extra.
