I don't understand the purpose of a reservation on this company. Since before I even stepped foot on the premises my reservation was pointless. I needed a different drop off spot and it wasn't available, I needed a hand cart and it wasnt available, I reserved a more spacious van and received a smaller one. So because it was smaller and I had to return it to the same spot, I ended up spending 3 times what I was originally planning on. SCAM. All you are doing is legally stealing from people. And to top it off when I'm at the desk giving my info and mention what my reservation was for, this rude lady with a Uhaul uniform says "when you make the reservation, you are prompted to accept the fact that is upon availability". Like I don't know how a contract works.. If it's upon availability, don't make it available in the website if others have requested it too. You know your inventory. Reservations are made for a reason and it's not to come up empty handed. Worst experience with a Uhaul I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would.LUISANTONIO B.

The staffs are pretty kind but the around location looks not safe. And the app was not working well. My car was covered pollen and in the truck storage, there were some clothes and dirty water bottle. the staff who helped my pick up the truck cleaned it but, I was uncomfortable.INYOUNG P.
This is my second time renting a Uhaul from this location. The first time was a complete disaster where the associate gave me the wrong vehicle. However, the second time was the complete opposite! The store associate was very efficient and professional! In just 10 mins she helped over 3 customers on the line, shortening the line by 50%! She highlighted all the important details on my contract and was super efficient, kind abd professional. When I went to pick up my truck outside, it was all ready to go! The outside associate was thoughtful enough to show me how to properly open the lift gate at the back of the truck. Moving is often a hastle and it is a complicated process. The employees at this Uhaul location made my move a smooth sailing by being such examplary employees.TIM P.
I walked into the customer service office and asked if there were any trucks or vans available. The woman told me that absolutely nothing was available for the day. No trucks or vans. I left and began a google search for a truck/van. My search bought me back to this location and said there were both trucks and vans available for pickup that same day. So I booked online even though I was annoyed that I was initially lied to and wasted my time leaving just to come back. When I picked up my truck there was supposed to be a hand truck in the back. When I got home with the truck i realized there was no hand truck, so I had to go back to the location AGAIN for the third time- except this time I had to PAY for the mileage and gas because I had to take the truck back. When I arrived the man outside told me that hand trucks were on a first come first serve basis. I explained to him that I had in fact paid for the hand truck so I expected it to be ready. The man provided me a hand truck but stated that I could not be refunded the mileage or gas wasted having to come back to pickup the hand truck. When I came to drop the truck off, we asked how much did they charge for gas (we already filled the gas, we were just curious). Another worker walks by and begins to yell that the gas is 4.25, the car needs to be refilled! We explain to the man the Gas is already filled we were just asking a question- and not asking him at that. All the workers here are terrible. Not one person I came in contact with was helpful or even doing the bare minimum. I will never spend my money here again.Stephanie S.
Please ask the representative to disclose ALL POSSIBLE FEES AND ANY FINE PRINT. They will advertise a certain price but after completing the reservation you will get charged for others.SABRINA CHELSEA R.

I understand that technical issues happen, but the credit card machine was not working the day I rented so I had to pay cash. I could not rent a Cargo Van I had to get a bigger vehicle a 10" box truck. The miles are more for the box truck and the location could not give me the van mileage rate. I was upset that I had to send more for miles than I had anticipated.PHYLLIS M.

I booked a reservation online which was confirmed via mobile check in. I also rented some moving items; such as 2 hand trucks and furniture protectors. I got to the location to retrieve the truck which was confirmed. Before leaving I needed some packing tape. Went inside to purchase and reverify my confirmation while I was there. I was told that I have no reservation and the â€œsystemâ€ is down so I would have to pay everything in cash deposit. It's utterly ridiculous that the customers have to go through that. It's such a scam in order to make ppl pay in cash. It's offensive and no way to treat a customer. Especially in a low income area. Upon return another customer was upset and asked how they are supposed to return the vehicle after hours if the system is down. They were told that the system should be back up. The whole process is really scandalous and sad. I would never ever do business with uhaul again.ZAKIYYAHA A.
Did not provide the right assistance was not giving eye contact did not give good information and it was very expensive and again took out more money charge me 183 and some change for a 19.95 cargo van that just went 39 mile in total 78 miles going and coming renting a car would of been cheaper. Really not happy with my experience...AWILDA S.
