Online, if customers are renting after a certain time it should indicate "NO GUARANTEE" that your rental will be at site requested. I reserved at one location and found out when I got there my name was not in system, even though I had a res #. It was transferred to another location, thankfully not too far away.

They location was given me a bus with red writing all over on both sides of the bus. When I ask for other bus I got attitude. An was told to go back an so they can give me other the person never told them why I was change bus. I told him it’s bad for business that the bus look like that an I will not drive around in a bus that looks like that. They service was nasty. When talking to the supervisor the other co work felt the need to talk to me an answer the question as if I was talking to her. The supervisor did not say one word. i ask to talk to the manager an was point to a room with an attitude. I’m not going to lie at that point I got really upset an just want to leave so I can take care of my business. I will never go back to this location ever an I will make sure that I tell everyone about this location. If that how they treat someone that is paying for a service.

I believe if the employees are still inside and a customer is on site two to three minutes after store closing hours to return a vehicle and would like to pay cash that they should be given the chance to do so, I think it's just good courtesy

The contract I signed was not what I ordered but I did get a full refund thanks to cooperate uhaul. They listened and looked into my situation and i couldn't be happier. The rental location wanted no part of what I was saying and did not show any empathy. Very rude.

Update The staff w/ people who actually enjoy there work place & not let a customer take a trailer with brake issues ( i asked the staff if the brake noise was normal n they confirmed the noise to be normal due to rain ) .

I reserved a truck from a specific location and the rep told me that it was my preferred location. What the hell is that? When i made the reservation i was never told about a preferred location. The reservation was made by phone and the phone rep made so many mistakes taking the reservation. I ordered the truck for 24 hours and it was scheduled for 12...never told that untill i picked up the truck. Scheduling department phone rep was politely rude. Uhaul needs to train their employees in providing much better customer service. In all my years doing business I never encountered such rude employees. Your employees are the rudest in the industry. Only a few of the location employees were nice. Moreover, Uhaul is an extremely poorly operated company. Next time I'm going to try Enterprise or a Penske.
