Your staff should explain the self return process a little more thoroughly, and their customer service skills are terrible. Also, there are about 6 junkies looking sketchy sitting outside the location offering their â€œservicesâ€. Not the kind of friendly welcome people are looking for. I would never recommend this place unless I wanted my family and friends to have a horrible experience and be fearful they are going to be robbed before even entering the location.

Create a better pricing for long distance mileage and also set up a system where itâ€™s no long waiting for a rental because customers are pressed for time and in some cases, time is a major factor as it was for me. Very unhappy and will not use for future moves.
With the current situation of Covid19, I see that inside the office the employee is wearing a face mask and the pin pad is away from the counter for safety. However the van I rented was dusty all over the dash board. When was it last cleaned. Who used it last. Why did I not get a clean and disinfected van. I had my own Lysol wipes and wiped down the exterior. Not acceptable with current Covid19 situation.

Nothing everything was perfect.
I was very impressed with the young people that work there. In a time like now they were professional and cared about what they were doing. Impressive. The two girls that were inside that did my contract and the young man that got the trailer for me and even helped with directions. Had masks, and were just a credit to your company.

If newer trucks are available allow clients to use them instead of providing the oldest trucks. Also, radio and other electronics should be in working condition.
Have a person assigned at door saying to wait outside until called in. Sign on door was on a white computer paper. Didnâ€™t stand out and then we were yelled at because we went inside. Should yell at customers. I am understanding about covid19 but speaking in a calm manner is better than yelling. Otherwise good.

I' m very disappointed at the way the parking lot attendant talked to me about the gas. i wasn't going to argue about the gas. My cell phone was dead upon my return but thank goodness I took the picture of the gas gauge before I drove the vehicle. The parking lot attendant was very rude and he was in a bad mood that day. This was my third rental for the week. I find it hard to believe that i can follow simple instructions and return the vehicle with the proper amount of gas that I received when i picked up the vehicle. I should have went with my gut feelings and return to the check out counter becaue the gas gauge was off very different from the pink marker on he contract. Please call me because this isn't over I spent 15.00 for gas that day and this isnt over because its just the principle if your employees cant count, or read a simple gas gauge, it's not my fault. Like I said, "it's the principle because i him i will Not go to that location again if I have to deal with him.. Uhaul you can do much better. THIS WAS MY THIRD RENTAL THAT WEEK!!! I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MANAGER COULDN'T HANDLE THIS IN A DIFFERENT MATTER!!!

Hi If personnel stays the same the next customer has nothing to worry about personnel was great
