Oumarou sMake sure to update equipment which isn't available. We really needed the hand truck and there weren't any available. We weren't offered to go to another site for the inconvenience.

Stephanie WI had originally booked the westchester ave location they did not have any vehicles. Sent me to the allerton location adding miles to my trip. I had to take a taxi to the allerton location adding even more expense. Whole day was a disaster due to time and money lost. Do better.
