I requested a dolly to transport my washer, dryer and refrigerator and I paid for it and I didn't get it. Not satisfied

Charlotte SEvery time I have returned equipment to this location they add charges. Severe storms occurred during my rental and charged extra day for less than 2 hours. And I appearantly went exactly 100 miles over, so I had that extra charge too. Ridiculous.
