the person who helped us was overwhelmed, got upset when he didn't understand the computer rental process, and talked frequently about how anxious he felt. He was really unprofessional. It's OK to not know exactly how to do things, but the self-management was just ridiculous

I was told to leave it with 3/8 of a tank of fuel as that's what it had in it , I put fuel in it this morning to make sure it was over 3/8 of a tank and they charge my card $10.63 for fuel charge . I don't agree with that and I would like to have my $10.63 refunded. By the way it is a very nice truck ran good smelled good everything about U-Haul was awesome I just do not agree with the surcharge as I know I put more than three eights in it

U-Haul representative was out of control. Very bad attitude and cursing. As I was signing rental documents the phone rang and it caused the representative to go into a rage. He told the person who called that he was busy and to call back later. This individual has a very bad temper, was very rude using very nasty language and seems capable of hurting someone. The insurance was forced on me as I wasn't given the option to decline and the agent refused to change it.

We reserved a uhaul in Kirksville, MO but uhaul rerouted us 65 miles away to Brookfield even though we had ordered a uhaul 2 weeks in advance

On the 26th of February we rented a 12' trailer for one day. When my bank statement showed up it showed that we were charged for 4 days. The person at the location said they were sorry they didn't catch this but that we had to go to U-Haul for a refund. We haven't had any luck so unless we absolutely have no other option, we won't be using U Haul any more

I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept 9th. When I arrived the business was not open. It is posted on the window that they are supposed to be open at 9. After several calls from myself and other customers who were waiting an employee finally arrived and opened up, at around 10:30. I rented a 4x8 trailer and a appliance dolly for one day. The business was closed on Sunday and I was told by the employee to bring it back on Monday so that the appliance dolly wouldn't be left unsecured. They then tried to charge me for the extra day rental. It took them 45 minutes to process my return, for what should have been a simple drop off. As of the writing of this notice to you there are, for some unknown reason, three charges on my bank account rather than the one charge for one day. I doubt anyone will read this and I doubt you care!

Please, next time have all trailer lights working. My boyfriend and I had to go buy a completely new part for the trailer costing $14.99. We wouldn't have bought that if there were other trailers to choose from.

No walk around prior to taking possesion. The truck was banged up in a number of places. How could I prove it wasn't me who did the damage at drop off? Engine was horrible sounding and I feel I was lucky to get it dropped off without a tow.
