There was a delay in getting away from pickup location because personnel was not versed with the proper check out procedure and needed to spend 30 minutes on phone with u-haul representative before finally on my way.

It was convenient but because it was a lumber yard with only one employee he had to tend to lumber yard customers not just Uhaul customers. I had to wait for a phone call back to the lumberyard to complete my order.
