I was disappointed with the customer service. Also I was told that I had to return the truck to the same location even though it was super inconvenient and there were many drop off points closer to my new office. I would not go back to that location.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any store or rental location, and I'm 45 years old and have lived all over the world. Every possible step in the process of rental was made infuriating by utter and total incompetence by the employees. I was in the location for 1 hour and 15 minutes even though there was no one in front of me in the line. I will never, ever use any uhaul service again, and will do my best to let everyone o come in contact with how bad the company is.

Staff was incredibly unfriendly. I was waved impatiently over to a cashier by one of her coworkers and she audibly sighed with exasperation. The equipment wasn’t ready when I was there, and the team had to check tire pressure before I could check out. Required 4 phone numbers and all of the information I had already given before checkout was complete - which was absolutely absurd. Ultimately took 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle - which was 30 minutes of my reserved window wasted. Very dissatisfied with the experience and certainly will not be recommending the location to anyone.

The front end staff can be rude when they feel like it, especially towards women which is disappointing because its all women who work the front. I rented a van before which handled very well, this last one felt like it was going to fall apart on the road. That van needs to be serviced properly. This location is in a very heavily congested area and it's absurd that they don't offer on site parking for those who are renting /trucks/vans. We spent 2 entire hours combing the streets looking for parking , which needless to say severely impacted our schedule for the day. Other than that this site gets the job done.

Customer service rep at the counter had no idea what she was doing. She told me that my truck (Chevy 6.2L could not pull the car dolly) . Then the guys outside was very rude. I will not return to this location again.

The truck was rented missing a ring for tire downs which made moving extra ridiculous. The wood rails did not appear sturdy at all. Staff was less than concerned when informed. Everyone has a less than stellar customer service persona. They almost act like you're doing them a favor.

I almost always do online check in, and almost always access to my vehicle is blocked - I know the location is busy, but it kind of defeats the purpose to have to wait on line inside for vehicle pickup. I do appreciate that the issue was resolved very quickly. Otherwise, these guys are great and I rent from them regularly.

Getting charged $25 for a little dirt in the floor well is excessive and infuriating. I didn’t have access to a broom to clean it out and got charged even though I offered to clean it out myself with a Uhaul broom once I arrived at drop off. I was informed that I could only avoid the charge if I drove away and cleaned it myself somewhere else. What difference does it make whether I clean it in your drop off bay or somewhere else?

If I am the third person in line, it takes 30+ minutes to be seen. Everyone working inside very clearly hates their job and gives zero fucks about efficiency or customer experience. The location on 9th Street is a lot better.
