Intake took a long time as they were training someone. The communication between myself and the trainee and trainer was not clear and could have been better. Additionally, I was not told about additional charges for using a debit vs credit card or after hours drop offs. The person who brings the van was on a personal call throughout the process which delayed the process even more. The after hours return system was not clear both on the website or posted signs.

The reading on the gas is almost NEVER accurate; i've rented over a dozen times from this location in 2016 and more than half the times gas reading is wrong on paperwork to the actual guage.

Not an issue for the location but Uhaul in general - the customer service experience is fucking God awful. If you make a reservation do everyone a favor and keep the reservation - never using this shit service again. Shame on you.

Dropping off the truck after hours was a disaster. There is no markings of where to leave the truck and its very crowded. We saw multiple other people struggling and we saw one accident.

Not enough staff people on to check people in and out. My back rear tire was low and the maintenance fellow put air in the wrong tire despite my pointing out. I had to find a second person to come put air in the tire that was actually low. Too much fussing, too much time. When I checked the truck back in the person didn't fill out the form correctly (didn't indicate the gas level) causing more of a fuss at counter. The counter person was rude and asked me why is didn't have the right paperwork. Again, too much time. Too much fuss. Staff seems unmotivated and not trained well.

This is a large depot and very busy. Though well staffed, unfortunately the process to obtain the vehicle takes a while due to phone calls and other administrative items tended to by the desk personnel.

There was a lot of confusion with my communication between the Call Center and the rep on-site; what I was told regarding payment processing from the Call Center was apparently not honored at the physical location. Not sure why I was told two different things, but this part of the experience was inefficient and more complicated than it should have been.

I came to pick up my Uhaul at 7:00am on a Sunday - which is clearly stated as the "open time" on the website and on the facility. When I arrived, all the workers were standing outside in the parking lot. They were locked out because the manager had failed to show up to work on time to unlock the door. RIDICULOUS! I called the customer service line three times and each time they said that there was nothing that they could do. WHO CAN I CALL TO FIRE THEM? Why couldn’t someone just call the lazy ass MF’ers phone and tell him to get his lazy ass to work? I was furious! Then, some random college kids walked up to the front door 30 minutes later and actually opened the door - why? - because some dumbass didn't lock the door the night before. I actually have to thank Mr. Dumbass because his negligence helped me out. So we, by fluke, were able to get into the building. But, when the workers got to the computer to sign in, some other dumbass - wow there are lots at Uhaul! - didn't shut down the computer system - so no processing could take place. So I was late an hour. Please fire lazy ass manager and Mr. dumbass - they suck as does this company. I will never rent from you again! If I could spit on someone, I would. So here is a virtual loogie.

There was a hiccup with the management and the store was not open on time. This was not at all the fault of the staff on site that day. The staff did an excellent job handling the early am rush of people once they were able to get access to the facility. In particular, a woman named Rhea helped me and was both courteous and efficient. They turned around what could have been a very bad customer experience.

This was absolutely the most horrible experience that I have had. U-haul is a terrible company as far as I'm concerned. Truck given to me was not in good condition. My trip was delayed due to the truck I was given had a dead battery. I had to contact U-Haul twice for this dead battery issue. Some U-Haul representatives were not helpful at all and even not forthcoming with needed information.

The van I rented had brown gunk in the back. Upon trying to return my vehicle I was guided in by Winston threw an entrance that was blocked by another uhaul truck. Key word there is I was guided in, meaning to say the huge entrance was blocked. His guidance caused me to hit another vehicle. Winston is your employee. I have yet to receive a receipt.
