I made the reservation online. I was given a different location to pick up on 4th avenue brooklyn ny to pick up from, but my actual location to pick up was new Utrecht, that was a bit of an inconvenience. Then when returning the vehicle I was handed my receipt, I did not sign anything, wasn't told what the total charge was. I got home and looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged for the padding THAT I DID NOT USE,I did use the dolly but not the padding!!!! I was overcharged, I also gave more gas in the vehicle that was given. I was not very happy about the additional charge!!

The young lady at the office had one answer to 90% of my questions' and the answer was - "I DON'T KNOW". And even this answer she never give nicely, but always in the tone that says: "Why do you disturb me". When I asked to send somebody sheb tried to make me go to this huge parking lot and look there for some guy and tell him to inspect the car. When I sad that I'm not gona do this and this is her job, and ask her again to call the guy she was very much not happy, but she steped outside and call the guy( even her it's took like 7-10 min. to convince him to come over. I walked with the guy around the van and showed him at list 15-20 !!!!! spots with the scrastches, paint los, bumps etc. and he marked them down. I do not see any reasonable explanation why this multiple deffects was not fixed (to do this much damadge takes a long time even for rental) or at least properly marked. Is this carelessness or a schem (when they trying to charge multiple customers for the damadge that've been done earlier )?!! But the biggest disapointment I expiriensed when I tried to return the rental. I was told that I can do this any time during the 24 hours of rental and the parking lot is open 24 Hr. I tried to return the rental sometime around the midnight. The entrance to the parking lot was blocked by the multiple vehicles. I called main office to asked how they can help me, but unfortunately help was not on the menu. Instead the representative talke to me like I was the enemy with the unreasonable request. Instead of tying to help me she (with the ice cold voice) repeatetly told me -"I CAN'T DO NOTHING" and " I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO LIVE THE CAR ON THE STREET, BECAUSE YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMADGE". Realy?!!! Should I park it in my living room? So I left my car were it was parked (on the street by the u-Haul parking lot) and had to come back next day, before 6.30 A.M., so I can move my car before I get a ticket (parking on this side of the street is prohibited from 6.30 to 7.00 A.M.). The only nice person at this location was the lady who I gave back the key from the rental. Overall absolute worst experience starting with the workers at this location and ending with the operator that I had absolutely useless conversation at midnight. That is very unfortunate that the company that big and well advertised has not properly trained people working for it. I hope that my feedback will help the company fix some of the problems, so other customers will not excperience so much diissatisfection after using your service. Thanks in advance for taking an action at this matter.

I was very unhappy with the performance I went online and rented a transporter and was taking the money right out of my account to only get a phone call and hour later why am on the highway to New York to be told there was no transporters and New York had to settle for a tow dolly and was very unhappy would not recommend anybody to you again

Uhaul's help us move-1-888-5100-4237's queens ny 347-358-3414 payment 572174 VERY UGH-THEY BROKE 3 OUT 4 ITEMS MOVED INTO house, refused to pay for their damages, refused to remount the 4' plasma tv to its dolly-I've complained to both UHaul and to PayPal-who are investigating them, not paying the $159.xx bill, ny state ag-eric t. schneiderman to investigate them.

After many years I rent Uhaul from this place I've never had such situations like I had last time. The guy who is responsible for returning Uhaul was looking for money searching all details marked X boorish way . When I asked him to behave and tell me his name he face to my face said "my name is Uhaul " I have my business for many years. I've been never treated like this before. Very very disappointed. I went to the office to ask what is this guy name but they couldn't tell me. Maybe they forgot. Whenever you want to move or make delivery just keep in your mind that if you leave paper or something they will offer you no charge for cleaning for half price

I had my reservation for 8am and at approximately 7:20am I received a call telling me that the truck wouldn't be there and that the pick up time was changed to 10 am. So I had 2 helpers come over at 8 am and I paid helpers to sit around. There should be something inplace for when uhaul can't keep it end of the agreement. Even if it's that someone returned the truck late. I'm sure there's a fee for going over.
