The customer service at this uhaul is next to zero. They don't clean the truck at all and leave things behind. They are very slow at checking out too. Sometimes it takes days for them to check out and send the receipt.

We rented a van twice this week. The first time was no problem. The second time, the online system showed for two days that the two vehicles here were unavailable, even though I could see them both sitting there the whole time unused. Had to call up HQ and get scheduler to confirm the vans were there and make the reservation. Staff at the gas station is mostly uninterested in dealing with the rentals. Convenient if you're nearby, but not exactly the most professional rental spot.
Michael JCab of the van had trash inside/random stuff left behind by other people. The turn signal was also out, which when I told them they simply replied "We know", which was a little surprising considering this was an auto repair shop.
Chloe PIt was not a good experience at all. I got there and the van was not ready, and as the guy is filling out the forms to get me on my way he says “can you male the reservation again, it just disappeared from my screen “. So i had to sit there and make the reservation again. It took about 35 plus minutes to get ke on my way. Then the van was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned on the inside in weeks. Also the back tires needed air, which is a sign that they never checked the van to make sure it was ready for me to pick up.
Adrian CThe dirtiest rental I have ever picked up from U-Haul smelled very bad. The smell was unbearable, the interior was filthy, and the driver's seat and the trunk were humid. It was the worst vehicle I’ve ever rented from you. I rate it three below on a scale of 1 to 10.
