Night and day. The young man during the day was helpful as I had issues with my car. Upon returning as I am getting gas to refill a man comes over angry. I didn't know how much gas I needed and he started complaining. He was very mean and aggressive with directions where to leave the truck. I put the truck back in the spot I got it from and he said I would get a ticket. So I moved it on to his lot next to another truck. He argued and fussed and acted as if he didn't like himself. So we left it on the property and walked away from him arguing. It had been a long day. There was extra charges I was too tired to review and will do say today. I paid for gas and should nit be charged extra for any thing.

I had to go back and ask fit the hand truck that I paid for. When I returned the van, they told me they world email my receipt within 1/2 hr. (At 2:30 pm) 3 calls to customer services later, they even couldn’t get ahold of them. 10 pm I got my receipt. I was just about to stop payment with my credit card. Never again
MARIA SCheck in process was a fail. I dropped off van at 2pm and it was not processed until the following morning. No one at location mid afternoon to process check in. A lot can happen to a vehicle in that amount of time. Ultimately charges were accurate and all was fine, but I was anxious about this and couldn't reach anyone. Wouldn't rent from this location again.

The issue is with uhaul for not honering the deal of if your waiting longer than usual or if the reservation gets messed up you get 50 dollars. That's what happened to me. And it's not right. But he was great
