My reservation was at the center ville located at 2000 Notre-dame street, it was for 4am and in advance I called to verify that everything was correct and they told me that everything was ok to pick up the truck at that time, when I arrived at the site at the agreed time there was no truck reserved for me because there is no place to leave the keys in that place? Please what a waste of time and money they put me through! Thank goodness I called the service at that time and they found me a place and a truck available for that moment. But it was still a super bad experience.
