No complaints at all. Pickup/Return of vehicle was flawless. The automated process was easy and convenient.
Benjamin BTry to assure customer that you can provide the unit they requested instead of saying that you can't assure them that their order will be filled. We had 12 day rental and could not get reassurance that it would be available until day before. Hard to plan that way. This was not at location we requested but at least they had one
MAXIE RBusiness opened 15 minutes late, no big deal it happens. The guy who helped us was very polite and helpful.
