in general a terrible experience. owner locked his doors at noon and was no help with securing the rental. the moving blankets were left outside and not folded, the van was filthy and i couldn’t see through the back windows. the online service for securing the rental took nearly an hour and i was standing outside in below freezing temperatures while my identity was being verified even though ive rented from uhaul numerous times. next time i need a van or truck im going to home depot.
