Natalie SThis location was not open for my pickup or drop off of my U-Haul even thought the website stated that the business should be open. I even changed the time of my preferred pickup and drop off time to fall during open hours. I had to download the U-Haul app. Create an account. Upload all my own documents and pictures. Find the van an lock box with keys myself and wait for a code online to open lockbox to get keys. Needless to say for the same price I had to do all the work. I also believe that someone was there, but they locked the door and put a sign because they do not want to deal with U-Haul customers. Fortunately, I was able to do the process online, but I specifically wanted to deal with a customer service repre representative. For the money it cost that is the least that could have been done. The van could've been located anywhere. No human contact at all. If this doesn't bother you then no big deal but I basically worked for U-Haul and paid the same price.
Denise MWhen I reserved the U-Haul van, it was at the South Hampton location, 4.5 miles from my house. I got a notice saying my pick up location changed to Browns Mills, 14 miles from my house. So now, it was 19 extra miles I was charged for because U-Haul changed the location. I do not believe this is fair. I was charged more, and it was not my choice. Based on this, I will not rent from u haul in the future. Very disappointed.
KEITH PYou charged me a late fee, which I need to have reimbursed, the place I dropped off the trailer was closed yesterday (7/12) , and I wasn’t going to leave it there without getting a receipt
