We overall have no complaints about our rental. Everything was in great shape and served our purpose. The agent was friendly and great to do business with. The only concern I had was when we originally rented it, the uhaul pick up location was only 14 miles from our home. But then after we completed the rental, our pick up location was changed to a destination which was 17 additional miles away from our home (31 miles from home). And in the end we went 3 miles over the allotment. If we were able to pick up from our original location, we would have been 14 miles under instead. $3 for the extra miles is not worth the argument, but it felt like a set up.
