Sign on Dropbox warns vans must be parked behind coded gate but no one onsite and no one answering the phone. Very unhelpful
Roy MI picked up my truck after hours and had to use the app to get the truck. The app was buggy I and hard to use. When I tried to take pictures of the truck at pickup, it kept telling me that the app didn't have location access, even though the app had just used my location a moment earlier, so I could not take pictures of the truck. The only piece of equipment I had rented, a dolly, was not included with the truck, so I had to go buy a dolly in order to do my move. I disputed the charge for the dolly, but was still charged full price until I reached out to support to get the charge removed. I have no faith in using the after hours pickup option in the future that the equipment I have requested will be included or that the app will work properly for the pickup.
