NonAC in the truck in AZ heat
SAMMY Rthe truck shook violently, was unable to take the freeway and it was only 30% full. Called for tech support for him to go on a test drive and say there was no problem. Except I had taken video of it in real time yet everyone seems to dismiss it. Okay the tech did agree that it was excessive but couldn't reproduce it so it is what it is. I had missed an opportunity due to time missed taking side streets and waiting for tech to show up. They comped only $30 which for the truck not working properly I spent well more than that in additional miles and gas taking side roads. I will say that everyone, the agent at location, tech and support were all very friendly but not happy with this experience and I would not recommend to others.
