Get rid of the massive upsell things to click through to rent a trailer. It's overkill.

CHRISTOPHER SAfter a minimal checkout, I started the vehicle and the check engine light was on. Jay plugged a diagnostic tool into the vehicle and determined that there was an issue with the gas tank pressure system, but simply that the gas cap wasn’t on tight enough. I drove down the road to fill the gas tank, it got close to full and then started dumping all over the ground just as the gas pump automatically shut off. I crawled under the truck to find a fuel line on the top of the tank disconnected (probably the actual problem for the tank pressure issue). I called back to Jay who was very unhelpful. We carefully/slowly drove across the street to another U-Haul rental spot where they were more than helpful even though we didn’t even rent from them. We were able to work out a return and hope to get our money back, I but I will never be going back to Buckley RV & Storage. The customer service is minimal at best.
