I really appreciated the customer service at this location. I had some last minutes adjustments and changes. The management here was very accommodating to my needs. I like it when I ask a question and I get a straight forward, no nonsense answer with helpful suggestions. That's what I experienced here. If I need a rental, I will go here first.

Iurie CJay at Buckley always give great service and does the best for us. U-Haul customer service always buts in and wats us to go out of our way for a trailer 40 plus miles or more. Jay takes care of us and never any issues. Quit trying to shut him down. Other places are rude and too far.
