This is a comment about U-Haul in general, not about Automotive Elegance. It is nerve-racking to not be able to confirm more than two days prior to rental that the truck you actually want will be in the location that you want. In the end, it all worked out, and my truck was available and where it was supposed to be. My past experience has not been as positive. But this worked out great- just wish for a little more peace of mind during moving plans that are so stressful to begin with. Overall, my experience with Automotive Elegance was great
