The truck was well maintained, but the cab wasn't the cleanest. The location was not in the greatest section of town. He did have a wide selection of product though.

WAYNE SSomehow they cancelled my reservation and then confused it with a rental 4 years ago. When I went to pick up the trailer the guy said that it was outside and pointed. Fortunately I have many years of experience towing boats all over the place and was familiar with connecting the trailer to my truck. I received no assistance at all when picking up or dropping off the trailer. Given that I'm a reasonably strong man - that wasn't the end of the world - but I cannot imagine the average person doing what I had to do.
