Truck was not cleaned. Dog hair, cigarette package, and dirty truck was rented to us. Staff not interested in booking up trailer and ensuring car was correctly loaded in trailer. Trailer was old, racket rusty, lights went in and out throughout trip. Also got a flat tire on the trailer. Had wonderful service with the repair.

I cannot rate the above areas due to nobody at the drop off location. There was a truck and another trailer in the lot and I tried to call the listed phone number with no answer. It was okay but I did not have any interaction with any employees.
Stephen DThe cabin wreaked of cigarettes. I’d respectfully ask for a refund because I now am coming down with an illness after spending 10 hours inhaling cigarettes.
