We had a truck booked for 10:00 am when the store was supposed to open and were told we couldn’t get the truck until the store opened. The employees didn’t show up until 10:20 am.

Jeffrey HGet a better booking system to ensure trucks are available at the proper time. I went to a different location to rent a truck that I had booked days prior and they had chosen to rent it out to someone else on the day of my pickup. They referred me to Mr Millenium as they had a truck available in the size I needed. I was late to my commitments because of U-Haul's screw up, but at least Mr Millenium staff were quick and helpful.
