Truck was missing blankets but other than that the transaction went great. Very nice staff.

Attendant was very kind and understanding about the blankets. I was given a $10 dollar credit....but still charged a partial cost for the missing blankets. Drop off was great. Just be careful driving across Hwy 281 to get to the location.
Douglas HI was overcharged upon return. Someone changed my coverage from the $15 coverage to the $30 coverage and I was charged for 2 sets of 12 blankets instead of the 1 set that I received. Very disappointed in the unethical business practices. Equipment worked fine but the latch was difficult to use unless you push in on the door. Lots of damage.
