Absolutely horrible experience. Either the trailer tires were defective or the wheel bearings causing the trailer to bounce, specially around 55 mph. Very upset with paying for terrible equipment. My trip lasted hours longer and some of the items being hauled were damaged. I tried calling customer support but no option is provided for defective equipment just accidents. I will never again rent from U-Haul!

This location was not in an appealing area
Monique DStaff was extremely friendly and helpful with some tech issues I had trying to check in. Equipment was well maintained and organized on the lot. They were far more friendly on the phone trying to set up my reservation than other local locations. Would highly recommend this location for anyone needing a U-Haul rental and will tell everyone looking to go through stone masters!
