The 24 furniture pads reserved with truck were not available so had to drive 8 miles to another location to pick up. Also, was told the 2 queen mattress bags that were reserved & paid had to be paid for in shop. So basically double paid. Was way more complicated than should have been. Only benefit was proximity to loading location.
Susan HThe truck was not clean and the air conditioning was not working. I reported it to the U-Haul store owner and to the U-Haul company. Waiting for a response back from them.
