I was told that we could drop off the truck and rent the storage at the same place which was not true. I had to find a UHaul place to where I could drop off and rent at the same time. This was an inconvenience because it was done at the last minute trying to locate a facility! I would recommend again but your representative needs to educate himself on which facilities you can drop off the truck and rent at the same facility.

Hard to find, address misleading
Joe BThe 24 furniture pads reserved with truck were not available so had to drive 8 miles to another location to pick up. Also, was told the 2 queen mattress bags that were reserved & paid had to be paid for in shop. So basically double paid. Was way more complicated than should have been. Only benefit was proximity to loading location.
Susan HThe truck was not clean and the air conditioning was not working. I reported it to the U-Haul store owner and to the U-Haul company. Waiting for a response back from them.
