The power was out at this location and the technician on duty didn’t come out of the building until I banged on the door. He had to call his boss to process the transaction because his internet was out. Not their fault and the experience went smoothly doing so. Technician on duty was not helpful.
Wesley CThe attendants were rood and didn't explain things so I got charged for extra days since they closed early on Saturday and weren't open until the next Tuesday. I will never rent from UHUAL AGAIN!!! PENSKI it is!!
Kenneth SWe did the drop off after hours and had no issues other than some technical issues with the website not being able to read location even though my phone gave permission and it kept timing out. Way better experience with this location then where we picked up.
AUDREY FIt should say if you pick up after 5 you will have to use the lock box.
