The attendant never checked the truck upon arrival. I was told to park the truck and the reservation number would be checked to check the truck in. I was also charged $17 for gas when I made sure the gas was a little over than what I received at the pick up location

Luke HThe employee would not check in my return. Said I didn't need to. Then I get the receipt saying I turned in the trailer on July 3rd. But I returned it on July 2nd. I will not choose that location again for a uhaul return.

John SThe power was out at this location and the technician on duty didn’t come out of the building until I banged on the door. He had to call his boss to process the transaction because his internet was out. Not their fault and the experience went smoothly doing so. Technician on duty was not helpful.
