The people at this location are excellent, made the process very easy and quick. I will go to them every time I need to Rent. The U-Haul computer system however is not so easy. The link to inspect the trailer would not work thats why I gave 4 stars. I give 5 stars to the location, Affordable Storage in Burlington Washington
